I am looking for an ENT to fix my nasal valve issue, unfortunately, there isn't that much information available on specialists in the UK, nor many reviews or testimonials. One that caught my attention was George Fayad, well known for his use of titanium implants to treat this condition, the idea of an implant appeals to me as it would not weaken like cartilage grafts could over time, though I am worried how it would feel, whether it would be abrasive to the neighboring soft tissue or feel cold.
