My most annoying feature is my nose at the top it's fine but at the bottom it's more fatter than the rest .i have a small face and a big nose and I heard that you need to eat more is that true?i get called names at work and it really irritates me please can you help me I'm desperate
Answer: Rhinoplasty for bulbous tip There is no fat in the nose, since it is composed of skin covering the bone and cartilages. When patients have a wide bulbous tip, suture techniques are applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip to affect a change. When the cartilages of the tip are excessively wide, a conservative cartilage removal can also be performed.
