I have recently had a rhinoplasty with unpleasant results. I had a regular-sized columella, and now my columella is too short. Thus from a front view, my nose looks flat and 'piggy'. I was wondering how it is possible to lengthen the columella (to get a V-shape) and whether the procedure is done under local or general anaesthetic.
