3 weeks post op Tummy tuck. The incision seems swollen and white tissue . Are these signs of necrosis? (photos)

I am paranoid of necrosis condition. Also, there is an opening where I have clear, fatty orange liquid just above my pubic hair line and it is not from where the drains came out from. This area seems more swollen and red. It leaks, but not to much. I have no fever and the rest of the incision and belly button seems to be heeling just fine. Should I worry? Please advise. Thank you Thank you
