Belly button stitch came out. Any suggestions? (photos)

I think I may have popped a stitch I went to wipe dry my bb and stitch still tied came out , is this okay to leave it ? Or should I go back to get a new on put in ? Also I have e white drainage coming out my bb I placed a pad there to absorb it , it does not have a smell , and is brown on the pad , does my bb look normal, surgeon says it looks normal but I kind of think it looks infected please help ?haven't told ps about the stitch yet

This looks like a piece of the JP bulb where the flip top connects.  Somehow it must have broken and fallen into the bulb itself.  It should be fine.  I am surprised that the bulb still maintains suction.  Would like to see that the top of the bulb itself.  Anyhow you will be fine.  Hope this ...

After a hematoma in formation of a chronic seroma the capsule that develops as an inflammatory response to this complication can become thickened. It will get better with time but in selected patients excision might be necessary.
