Can strip FUT or FUE affect your facial skin in anyway?

The skin of the face is anchored to the face by many ligaments, and regardless of an FUE or FUT procedure, it’s not possible to effect changes in the facial skin by removing scalp from the donor area on the back and sides of your head. These ligaments are all around the eyes and cheeks, and serve to hold the face in place on the bony skull underneath. That being said, clearly there is some swelling that accompanies a hair restoration procedure, and sometimes this fluid as it subsides and passes down from the transplanted area through the face there can be some temporary swelling and rarely bruising of the face, but this is transitory in nature and should be completely resolved by 7-10 days following a procedure. You can have temporary facial swelling days after surgery.  It usually goes away in a week or so.  FUT or FUE itself does not change stretch, pull, or make your face droop.

A hair restoration surgery should not have caused any facial changes. One may experience swelling of the face about 2-3 days post-op and selling normally only lasts about 24 hours before it starts going down.
