Answer: You need to see a doctor You really cannot get a proper diagnosis or treatment plan from the Internet.Find a doctor in your area as you have and follow their advice and treatment plan. Also contact your surgeon and explain what you are going through. There is no telling what happened with photos alone. If the infection was extensive you may lose the grafts in the local area. Only time will tell.

Answer: Infection Its unfortunate that you had an infection. Your doctor should have given you extensive post operation care instructions to prevent this. The infection might affect the results depending on how severe it was. If it was just centered around one spot, then only the grafts at the infected area were damaged. You just need to wait for about 6 months to see the entire result.

Answer: Infection following hair transplant I am sorry you had a complication following your hair transplant and from the photos, it must have been quite bad. You will have to wait for about 6 months to see what effect the infection will have on your aesthetic result. The good news is that if there are any gaps you will be able to transplant hairs into the area.

Answer: Sever scabbing and infection after an FUE transplant It is almost impossible for me to guess what will happen to your hair transplanted grafts. If the infection was extensive, you may lose considerable amount of the grafts. The scabbing that you had after the surgery set you up for an infection and as you can see from a previous post of mine, good washing is critical to good healing. See a local doctor and ask him these questions.
