I cannot get a definitive answer with respect to training combat sports specifically grappling which entails a lot of contact with the head to the ground. Thanks in advance for you help.

Answer: Contact sports post FUE It is really best to ask your own hair transplant these sorts of specific questions relating to post op care as every surgeon will have his/her own preferences. My own advice to FUE patients is that they can go back to contact sports once their scalp has completely healed and all crusts have fallen off both in the donor and recipient area. It's a different thing for strip surgery where I advise 6 weeks although the donor wound will take up to 3 months to gain its maximum strength.

Answer: Post FUE 3 weeks after the surgery its definitely safe to return to your normal physical routine. Though you have to still be very careful not to hit or bruise your head. If you have some head protection gear, you can continue with your excercises normally.
