The larger nose and the photo of me out and about are the befores and the other photo is a simulation of what the surgeon could do for me. What are your thoughts? The aim is to look prettier and I am figuring out how to do that.
Answer: Simulation Simulations are only a rough guide to get an idea of how the appearance of your nose might change after surgery. There is no guarantee that the nose will end up having the same appearance as the one on the simulation. In my experience, 3D simulation is good for explaining what parts of the nose can realistically be altered with rhinoplasty.

Answer: Rhinoplasty may be considered for a narrower and straighter nasal appearance. Based on your photos, you have an attractive facial structure and beautiful blue eyes. You do have a bit of a wide and somewhat crooked nasal appearance, and I believe that the computer imaging performed is reasonable provided that you are consulting with a reputable rhinoplasty specialist. Since the profile of nose always changes a bit, you may consider asking your question with before and simulated profile photos as well. Answer: You are You are already pretty. Yes, I can see how slimming the nose might look "better" but a rhinoplasty is a big ordeal to undergo "just because" you want to look a little better. It should be because you specificallyl are bothered by your nose to the point that you understand all the risks and everything involved, etc.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and lip lift The base of your nose is quite broad but has been reduced in your simulated photograph. Another thing to consider other than a rhinoplasty is a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. I believe this would make even more significant improvement.
