I am planning to have hi def vaser liposuction and the plan is to do this under general anaesthetic. I have since read that there is a liklihood of tooth damage, bit of a concern as I have expensive full veneers top and bottom. I wanted advice on the level of risks associated with general anaesthetic in regards to tooth damage, how it can be prevented and whether there are either forms of anaesthetic the procedure could be done under. I don't have huge amounts of fat to be removed.
