2 weeks post-op lipo on my lower abdomen. Is this swelling or is my fat back? (photos)

It's just swelling.  Continue to wear your compression garment and follow your post-surgical care as directed by your plastic surgeon. You can make an accurate judgement with regards to your results at approximately 6 months post surgery.

You are experiencing some post op swelling. I recommend and have my clients go for lymphatic massage as that will help with healing, drainage, pain and a better result over time. Talk with your MD and get set up for at least 3 lymphatic drainage massages ASAP. They will help. Hope this is helpful. JB

Its unlikely that the fat has return.
Its most likely tissue swelling.  There seems to be a crease - most likely from sitting or wearing something tight like a belt or tights.
Are you wearing a foam support under the compression vest for posture?

At two weeks, you are FAR from your final results. It is going to take three months before you get a great idea of where you will be once you are healed. Be patient!
You do seem to have an indentation/crease on your lower abdomen. I'd suggest going back to your plastic surgeon to ensure that you are not wearing improper garments.

High definition liposuction requires attention to both fat excess as well as skin redundancy. You should consider a high def tummy tuck to eliminate you skin redundancy. A virtual consultation with a high def provider would help you appreciate what is possible.

 I told my patients not to look in the mirror two weeks after liposuction. It just makes people upset. You're not even seeing have your results at this time.  The results you saw when you took off the compression garment the first time is a better representation of your final results though the final results will most likely be even better.  In one month you can look forward to seeing something resembling your final results but three months is required to get the final results.  Based on your earlier post up the results I believe you will have a very nice final outcome.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Congratulations
on your recent procedure...The procedure of liposuction is an
"insult" to the soft tissues, resulting in swelling which will
initially totally obscure the operative result. The
purpose of a compression garment is to prevent bleeding and to control
swelling. We usually recommend its use for the first 4-6 weeks after the
procedure. 60-80%
of the swelling should subside within the first 6 weeks, with the remainder
slowly subsiding over 6-12 months.
As you were initially flat after the procedure, the fullness you are experiencing is most likely swelling.
Continue
followup care with your plastic surgeon.
