Rhinoplasty after dermal fillers?

Great question. While Botox will not affect the assessment of your nose or the procedure, it depends on what dermal filler was used. Hi there. Your situation is common in wanting to consider a full rhinoplasty after unsuccessful nonsurgical treatments. Fillers can affect assessment of the nasal profile (depending on volume injected) but not botox. However, neither will significantly affect manipulation of the underlying structural frame of the nose (cartilage/ bone) and therefore it may be possible to proceed with surgery sooner rather than later. Best to organise a consultation with a  fully accredited Plastic Surgeon (BAAPS and/or BAPRAS in the UK). Good luck!

Hi there and thanks for posting,I wouldnt worry too much about the botox in your nose, this will not be affecting the shape.Depending on the type of filler eg hyaluronic acid, you should be able to have that dissolved with a simple injection which will get you back to a baseline for accurate assessment.I hope that helps.Richard
