What can be done to this nose?

I am looking to get rhinoplasty after I get my septum and nasal polyps and enlarged turbinated fixed, all caused from allergies. I have an undefined bulbous tip and a low thin bridge. Which procedures would you recommend to address this in the most natural way? Thank you

I'd recommend you find a different doctor, one who can address the septum and turbinates and nose at the same time. Most ENT doctors are not trained in rhinoplasty, and yours is one of them. Normally a septorhinoplasty can be performed to address all of these issues in a single surgery. Why go under twice?You don't have a bulbous tip, but rather an under projected tip. It needs to be built up a little in order to push it forward. That will make a huge difference in your appearance and is actually your primary issue. It will also create a more refined tip, instead of the current "wide" appearance.

I would not say your tip is bulbous; however I agree the tip suffers a sever lack of definition, is underprojected and flat, the nose is overally short and the septum is short, an ethnic case.You are a case for the following:-open approach-septal lengthening with some of the available options-tip grafting (Sheen's modality)You need a surgeon expert in ethnic cases and tip grafting, do seek well.

A rhinoplasty procedure can address narrowing  the nostrils with an alar-plasty, and building up the height of the bridge with a cartilage graft. The functional nasal surgery could also be performed at the same time as a cosmetic rhinoplasty.
