I am looking to get rhinoplasty after I get my septum and nasal polyps and enlarged turbinated fixed, all caused from allergies. I have an undefined bulbous tip and a low thin bridge. Which procedures would you recommend to address this in the most natural way? Thank you

Answer: Rhinoplasty, some advices: Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.The harmony between facial parts makes us instinctively recognize the beauty... without knowing it, without defining it, just a perception that surprises and captivates us.In this regard, I suggest perform a Closed Rhinoplasty (without visible scars) to treat the tip, base and nasal bridge. With this procedure you get a delicate nose, better harmonize with your other facial features.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Rhinoplasty, septoplasty, turbinate surgery, and endoscopic sinus surgery A rhinoplasty procedure can address narrowing the nostrils with an alar-plasty, and building up the height of the bridge with a cartilage graft. The functional nasal surgery could also be performed at the same time as a cosmetic rhinoplasty. For more information about both functional and cosmetic nasal surgery, please see the link and the video below
