Any suggestions to botched nose job? (photos)

Question

Who is the best surgeon to go to when a nose has been destroyed ? I've searched and searched the net and while I have found other botched jobs I haven't found many where the nose has just been hacked at with bone and cartlige missing from the top , the sides the tip? What are the risks of filling in the gaps and making my nose look normal again? Will further surgery last ? The bridge is so narrow is it possible to make it wider ?

Revision rhinoplasty for the "botched" nose job?Your nose can be revised by revision rhinoplasty expert to give you a much better and more attractive looking nose. Look at the before and after photos of several revision rhinoplasty specialists and you will see noses worse than yours that have been repaired to look normal.

It is unfortunate that you have had an undesirable outcome from your surgery. You have offered little information as to how long it has been and what approach was used.  For a meaningful second opinion you should seek a board certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon with a strong rhinoplasty focus, especially in  secondary procedures.  You must provide him/her with preoperative photographs and operative records from the previous surgeon.
