Hi I'm currently using 1 tablet of viviscal and one capsule of biotin 5000mg a day I'm also going to get niacin and saw Palmetto as use for dht blockers as can't get my hands on propecia any advice would be helpful pros and cons please. I'm very into how I look and take pride in my youthful looks for a 32 year old male. I'm a former bodybuilder but now I just keep in shape so I do alot of research before putting things in my body something I ignored in my early years of weightlifting. Thanks

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  You do not need extra supplements after surgery.

I do not recommend my patients to use DHT blockers after FUE surgery. it has no  help to regrowing of follicles. you may have Post-finasteride syndrome, occurs in men who’ve taken finasteride to treat hair loss by a chance of %4-5. That may causes some symptoms include: loss of libido, erectile dysfunction, depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, panic attacks, gynecomastia, muscle atrophy..

The only good DHT blocker is finasteride. The medications you discussed including Saw Palmetto is not a good and effective DHT blocker
