Probable bruise, depends on the depth of injection. I would give your dermatologist a call, send photos and keep in touch. Hard to call on a static photograph without knowing the technique of injection. Stay safe. Dr Davin S. Lim

Great question.  Fillers are relatively safe but are definitely known to cause soft tissue necrosis if injected into a vessel.  Moat patients with this kind of problem will have pain in the area supplied by the boold vessel, patchy purplish hue to the skin and some swelling.  Looking at your picture, it appears like you have injection marks on the skin, however, if there is ever any concern about the area, a physician should evaluate you ASAP in case you need reversal of the filler.
