Hyaluronidase can work to dissolve filler. It sometimes takes a series of treatments to dissolve filler. I hope this helps.
Thank you for your question. Yes, hyaluronidase will work to dissolve Restylane, however it may require a series of treatments to ensure all the filler is dissolved. Also, hyaluronidase does need to be refrigerated. I recommend having a follow up with your injector to address any concerns you may have. Best of Luck!
Thank you for your question,Hyaluronidase breaks down the enzymes of hyaluronic acid, and since Restylane is made up of hyaluronic acid, it should work well. Hyaluronidase should be refrigerated for optimal results. Best of luck.
Hyaluronidase should work nicely to dissolve some or all of the restylane (hyaluronic acid) filler. Sometimes more than 1 treatment is needed, and the volume and the concentration of hyaluronidase that's injected is important too, so you really want only an expert physician such as a dermatologist doing this for you. While we typically keep ours in the fridge, it can be kept out of the fridge. It shouldn't be expired, but it needn't be "fresh" either.
Thank you for sharing your question. Yes, Hyaluronidaseshould dissolve Restylane, however it may require a series of treatments withhyaluronidase in order to ensure that all filler has been dissolved. To answeryour second question, hyaluronidase must be refrigerated for storage andefficacy. For more information, I recommend following up with your injector to discussany other questions you may have regarding hyaluronidase. Best, Dr. Griffiths.
Thank you for sharing your good question. In my practice, I ike to perform a combination of both treatments to achieve the maximal benefits. Either technique alone is useful. Make sure an experienced physician performs the treatment.Good luck,
Thank you for sharing your interesting question. There is probably no harm in having fillers injected around the mouth and cheek prior to your dental surgery; however, it would be prudent not to have these procedures performed in such close proximity just to be cautious. I hope this helps.Good luck,
Hi @mercedz30. Based on your photos, the filler was placed too superficially. i would recommend dissolving the filler with Hyaluronidase. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
I would not worry at this point. The filler is going to take on some "tissue water" and swell after the procedure and the initial trauma of the needle/cannula/procedure is going to go down, so you will have some volume changes over the next few days. I would discuss this with your doctor be...
Thank you for sharing your question and congratulations on your good news. On rare occasion some patients develop persistent swelling following injection of dermal fillers under the eyes. Injection of Vitrase treats the problem very well. Then, 2 weeks later you can reinject the area. Make sure ...
Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photo. It is hard to evaluate the issues from your photo, but a new line (ridge) created by the filler is likely to resolve with massage. It might also go away without doing anything. The product can always be dissolved if you are not happy i...
