If you had an HA filler such as Restylane injected it can be dissolved with an enzyme known as hyaluronidase. It's difficult to say exactly what is causing these bumps on your lips.  An in-person evaluation is necessary to determine what's going on here.  You need to contact the physician that did your injections so this can be evaluated.  If this is due to "lumps" of Restylane, then hyaluronidase treatment will be helpful.

Looking at your photograph it is not clear why you have those "lip bumps."
In any event can give you some general answers.  If you had Restylane injected it can be dissolved with injection of hyaluronidase.  Depending on the particular hyaluronidase it may be best to have a skin test before using it to dissolve the filler.
Suggest starting by contacting the physician who injected your lip and arranging a follow up evaluation.  At that time you can show the physician your problem and discus the treatment alternatives.
