How long to wait before dissolving Voluma with hyaluronidase?

Thank you for your question.  Voluma can be dissolved with hyaluronidase at any point after your injection.  It may take a couple of treatment sessions depending on the amount of Voluma that you originally received, and the amount you want dissolved.  At only 16 days after injection, however, I would recommend you wait for a full month for your final results.  It can take people that long to have their soft tissues relax around the increased volume of the filler.  Hope that this helps.

At only 16 days after injection, it is likely that you still have quite a bit of swelling.  I would recommend that you massage that hard lumps gently and your injector should have given you some instructions on this. Given what you had to pay for the Voluma, I would encourage you to give it more time before dissolving with hyaluronidase and given the fact that Voluma can last for up to two years, you really could dissolve it at any point.  I have personally had Voluma injected in my face (by a very experienced Voluma injector) and I can tell you that I had soreness for at least a couple of weeks after injection and that it took at least 4-6 weeks for the swelling to resolve and the product to settle in.  If I were you, I would give it more time.  Best of luck!

Voluma (or any of the other hyaluronic acid fillers) can be dissolved with hyaluronidase at any point after injection.  So, it would be fine for you to have the hyaluronidase injection 2 months after your Voluma injection if that is what you desire.
