I had voluma in my cheeks for a gentle lift to cheeks i was asked not to touch the filler area at all and i had swelling first week and just bruised one area which was gone the second day but i have hard lumps in both the cheeks i went for follow up after 12 days and the injector the doctor who did mine messaged the area however i can still feel the lumps being there she said its all smooth now and asked not to touch it but however i did touch and i can feel them. What can u do please advise?

Voluma can be dissolved with hyaluronidase since it is made of hyaluronic acid. However, you need to make sure because other dermal fillers are permanent and others can potentially cause lumps and granulomas. Dissolving the lumps should not be aggressive - you need to do this over ...
Voluma produces immediate results upon injecting. However, there is some swelling and inflammation that occurs secondary to the injection process, so I advise waiting a full 2 weeks after treatment in order to allow any swelling to resolve before assessing your results
Hi @preludecrs! I'm sorry you had to experience this. I recommend dissolving the filler with Hyaluronidase. The filler was placed in the wrong plane. Best of luck to you, Dr. Nima!
