Dear Terrific120866,I perform a lot of lip injections with fillers such as juvederm and it works great. Many times I need to put more in one side than the other to attempt to even out the vermillion border (The red line of the lip). This helps provide more symmetry at times. For patients looking for a more long lasting result, I recommend fat grafting. That is, using your own bodies fat to make your lips naturally look more shapely. The bonus is that the results last many many years. In general, I avoid using permanent prosthesis because I find that the lips are such dynamic and sensitive structures, the end result is not natural.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
I recommend a consultation in person to discuss. You can definitely get fuller lips through fillers. Sometimes, a surgical lip lift is required to get more pink lip show and shorten the white lip and to obtain an eversion of the central upper lip. Silicone implants are another options but not that commonly done any more.
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Based on your images it appears that you could achieve a look similar to your goals with at least two syringes of product. Hope this helps.
Lip fillers are used to achieve a plump look on the lips. As long as they look natural and not overdone there is no limit. Consult with your doctor to know more.
Hi there,Actually yes I believe you can. Your proportion is nice you have a nice bottom lip. You'll need a little more filler in the bottom and definitely the top. Take your photos to a Board Certified Physician/Injector.The Restylane Kysse is a very nice filler. See an expert.Best of luck...
