Laser or a shave excision to remove a mole? It seems the laser method is less frequently done? Any advice?

I'd like to get rid of a Mole under my chin. I have found two practitioners that I'm interested in. One of them offers the shave excision method and the other laser.

I would recommend a shave excision to remove the raised mole on the side of your nose.  I would see a facial plastic surgeon, plastic surgeon, or a dermatologist with experience in cosmetic surgery.

I appreciate your concern.  Of course it is impossible to tell whether something is infected from a picture alone and I recommend that you see the provider who removed the lesion to gleam his/her opinion.  Having said this, the redness I see around the biopsy site may not...
