Are these tear trough deformities? Is it likley that one injection will be enough? I have put a white dot to where the hollow shadow ends as it may not be so clear on the pictures. Does this extend down to my cheek therefore needing more than one injection?
Answer: How much filler in troughs? I usually will not use more than 1/2 cc on each tear trough at a time, and often much less, depending on the patient. Be sure to discuss with your own surgeon about how this applies to you, and whether they have any special concerns in your case.

Answer: Tear Trough Fillers -- Try Cannulas; hylauronidase if unhappy you need to be conservative. Start with one or half and put in a little bit over time. You will also need your midface/cheek treated to make sure the troughs are supported and do not look puffy! Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Filler In Tear Troughs The biggest mistake patients make is not using enough product to get the result they are looking for.I would conservatively recommend based on the 1 photo and assuming the other eye that I can't see very well is as deep as the first one, I would recommend 1 to 2 syringes of product for each eye.

Answer: Treatment of tear troughs with fillers Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. It appears that your tear troughs are the problem. Restylane is best for this area. It does not swell or cause a blue hue like Juvederm can and lasts longer than Belotero. The treatment should be slightly less than you probably need with a touch up 2-3 weeks later. This gives the most precise and natural results. Your lower eyelids probably require a 1cc syringe of Restylane. Good luck.

Answer: Tear trough injections You have a fairly deep and long tear trough, so there is a good chance you may need 2 syringes. But you can always start with one and see how you do. Juvederm is not the filler of choice for this area as it can get very swollen for long periods of time.
