Hello there,It is not uncommon to experience some discomfort after having veneers placed. I usually recommend allowing 2 weeks to heal.  Because you are still experiencing pain 4 weeks later, I  would recommend seeing your dentist to have your bite adjusted. If the pain persists, root canal treatment may be necessary. The discoloration you see is an indication of leakage which is caused by ill fitting restorations.  This can cause discomfort and can lead to decay.  See your dentist for a complete evaluation. Hi:My suggestion is to make sure the bite is correct on the veneers.  If there are any bite issues the sensitivity will persist and does not go away.  It is not uncommon to have sensitivity with veneers initially but it should decrease rapidly over time.  It is very difficult to confirm I do see some color discrepancies but it is difficult to evaluate on a photo without clinical examination.  Best of luck!

Thanks for posting the pictures. It sounds like you had a lot of work done at one time. It is not necessarily abnormal that you are still having some sensitivity a month after placement of your restorations, however you may need to have your bite adjusted. There may also be restorations that aren't fitting ideally, but I can't tell this from your photos. Darkness under a veneer can be caused by having a very dark tooth under the veneer and it is showing through. This would have been visible from the beginning. If the darkness wasn't there previously it may be caused by bacterial leakage. This means the veneer isn't well sealed. This could also be a reason for discomfort. I suggest scheduleing an appointment with your dentist to share your concerns. Xrays may be necessary to determine the fit. Your dentist wants you to be happy and comfortable and they should work to help you accomplish your goals.
