It would be best to contact your doctor for post operative care. Based on photos you may not be washing your hair well enough.

if all these scabs represent grafts, then it is likely you got 1500 grafts. However, there is no telling for sure if every dot is a graft. I once had a gentleman walk into my clinic concerned about the graft count he got at a transplant he received from another country within 1 week of transplant. On inspection most of the slits were empty. For that reason, only the transplanting doctor/clinic can accurately answer the question of the exact graft count utilized. You are not likely to get an objective answer from this forum. I think your grafts are spread thin over your crown and you can expect to have thin crown when the results come in. This depends on what you discussed with your doctor at consultation and your goals.

1500 grafts is rarely sufficient for covering a crown of this size.  There is too much space between the grafts, and my expectation is that the result of this transplant will be quite thin.
