I had a fue hair transplant a month ago now but it just seems like it's not growing back that well on top . I mean my normal hair not the new grafts ? Thank you

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Derma roller is not generally recommended after surgery.
