Regular exercise after having Botox should not have any effect on the duration of your results. Enjoy your Botox.
Many of my Botox, Dysport and Xeomin patients are quite athletic. I haven’t noticed any difference in the duration of their treatments, when compared with the standard duration of 3 to 6 months. Feel free to exercise as usual. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist who is an expert injector to get the best, most natural-looking results.
No, this won't negatively impact your Botox results. Botox results resolve in 3-4 months. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Dear julia.jools, regular exercises should not shorten the duration of Botox. It depends on the amount of Botox and area where it is injected but it usually last for 3-4 months.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery
Thank you for sharing your question. Exercising following BOTOX will not shorten the longevity of results. Some physicians feel you should not exercise for a few hours after the injections. I hope this helps.Good luck,
I do not believe that regular exercise shortens the duration of Botox, although I am not aware of a scientific study that has examined this.
Botox is injected locally and is not affected by exercising. The only thing that changes longevity is your own metabolism and where the Botox is injected. Botox will last about 3 to 4 months in the forehead, and about 6 months in the jaw. A board-certified dermatologist who is an expert in Botox will give you the best results.
There is no evidence that regular exercise affects the duration of Botox. To be more accurate, we do not know.
Exercise does not affect the duration of Botox. Some patients do metabolize Botox faster than others but exercise has no relation to it. Please consult an expert in Botox for the best cosmetic results. Best, Dr. Green
Scientifically, exercise should not affect the duration of Botox but my personal experience has been that clients who exercise seem to need to come back for more Botox sooner than those that don’t exercise.
Thank you for sharing your question. If Botox migrates and causes a side effect, it usually resolves within six weeks. If the eyelid has dropped following BOTOX injections, eyedrops can be given to help elevate the lid.Good luck,

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your symptoms. Some temporary feelings of tightness and heaviness can accompany use of any of the neuromodulators and should improve over time as the treatment matures. Hope this helps.
