2 weeks ago I had Botox for the first time between eyes, in elevens and crows feet. Tightness, heaviness, and pressure?

After getting Botox for the first time it is not unusual to feel that there is a difference in the feel of your face and this is nothing to be concerned about as the feeling will go away as you get used to your new apoearance

This is a very common sensation after botox placement. 2 weeks is typically the amount of time to reach maximum affect of the neurotoxin. Most patient do report a "heavy" sensation related to the feeling they are trying to move their facial muscles but can't. Your body will adapt and this will become less apparent in the coming weeks. Typically nothing to worry about. 

I would apply some moist, warm compresses to the area a few times a day as well as take a couple of Advils and see if that helps. At the same time I would mention this to your treating physician. Good luck from New York City
