Asking about diffusion of Botox to nearby structures

as we know , with Botox there is a risk that the product spreads or diffuses to nearby structures. Spread to nearby muscles can lead to side effects such as appearance of droopy eyelids or asymmetric smile .  if the patient had after injecting botox a droopy eyelids or asymmetric smile , what time lasts this side effect ? 3- 4 months or 3-4 days ?
