Dull pain 3 weeks after Juvederm, what should I do?

Question

I had 1.5ml of Juvederm in my tear trough and top of cheeks 3 weeks ago. I had some swelling and pain in the first week, which went away. For about a week it was fine, but for the last few days I've been experiencing a dull ache which comes and goes at the top of my cheeks. There's no swelling that I can see, it's not red or hot, there's no particular pain when I touch the area. I'm no longer in the same country where I was injected, so going back to see the doctor isn't possible. Please help me

I am sorry to hear of your post op issues. The tear trough is a very delicate area and is more prone to getting infections than other areas of the face. I would book a consultation with a doctor ASAP wherever you are for a full clinical examination. It could be unrelated to the fillers but you do need an assessment. Best of Luck
