This is probably due to the placement of filler. If you're unhappy, you can have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps.

This may be due to filler placement. Keep in mind, the nasolabial folds need a combination approach to get the most improvement. I recommend fillers for the folds themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Hi. This could be due to where the Juvederm was placed and also the product that was chosen. We recommend the use of Vollure for the smile lines since it lasts longer than Juvederm and integrates with tissue better which means it moves better with the face and should not affect your smile. I would recommend you follow up with your injector to discuss correction options. Your lip volume look great! Best of luck with your follow up! 

This is probably related to injection technique. I would followup with your injector to discuss your concerns. If needed, the filler can always be reversed using hyaluronidase. 

Thanks for your question and we always recommend that you have these injections given in the offices of board certified dermatologists or plastic surgeons.  At this point, the fillers have probably set and it appears that you may need a touch up in the areas to even them out – please check with your provider to see what needs to be done now to correct your concern.
