This is probably due to the placement of filler. If you're unhappy, you can have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps.

This may be due to filler placement. Keep in mind, the nasolabial folds need a combination approach to get the most improvement. I recommend fillers for the folds themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Hi. This could be due to where the Juvederm was placed and also the product that was chosen. We recommend the use of Vollure for the smile lines since it lasts longer than Juvederm and integrates with tissue better which means it moves better with the face and should not affect your smile.
