Should tea and coffee be avoided after FUE and if so for how long, and when can resume smoking?

I've heard that caffeine can be detrimental to the establishment of blood supply with regards the newly implanted grafts, due to its vasoconstrictive properties. Smoking is quite self explanatory.

You cannot assess the donor area with a photo.  It just looks like you have lots of hair like most men with hair loss.  If you are an average male with hair loss, your donor area should be average.

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.Massage is not needed after surgery.  You may want to discuss your issues with your doctor.

There is no evidence that state caffeine will help hair grow.  If you have read reports on the Internet and would to buy a product, it is up to you.

It is normal to shed transplanted hairs weeks after surgery.  The new hairs may take 6 to 12 months to grow.  You can trim your hair.

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.There is nothing wrong with cutting your hair after your wounds have healed.

It may take six to twelve months to appreciate the results of a hair transplant surgery.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor for a follow up.
