Why after 31 days of hair transplant , some new hair growing in length?

Thanks for your question. After a hair transplant, the hairs that are planted in the front are held in place by a scab. This scab starts as red, then turns tan, and then falls off. In your case, at 31 days after transplant, the transplanted follicle (seed from which hair grows) should be healthy and imbedded. All of your scabs should be gone. The hairs that were transplanted should be longer. Likely, in the next month or two, these transplanted hairs will shed. The fact that they are growing and have not shed means the follicle is alive. This is obviously a good sign. It is hard to interpret your statements about color variation without seeing a photo, you may want to repost this question with a photo... or speak with your hair transplant surgeon. Best of luck!

Hair shedding is very normal after transplant. Usually it occurs within the first 2nd week to the 6th week of transplant. And it has been known to occur sooner or later than the mentioned period as well. So, provided all viable hair has been implanted, you need not worry at all about the eventual result. The reason why you can see the difference in the size of the shedded hair is because it is not necessary that all hair is at the same stage of the life cycle. Some grow before they fall, some be stable before falling and some fall the earliest as soon as the shedding phase starts. So, we advise you to please relax and just wait for the entire result to come. Hair growth is a gradual process. So let the natural course take place and relax.
