I had a facelift and fat grafting to face 4 months ago. I am having problems with a upper back tooth and may need an extraction - will the trauma of the surgery damage the grafted fat?

Alcohol can interfere with post operative pain medications and is dehydrating. These are the reason we don't want our patients to drink in the immediate perioperative period. Having a few the week before though should pose no problem. Cheers!
