Will dental surgery cause problems after fat injections?

It really should have no effect. The fat has had enough time to develop it’s own blood supply and should therefore be fine.

You may consider yourself fully healed after four months with regards to fat injections. Dental surgery should not have an effect on the settling of the fat. There is always a small chance that the removal of a tooth could cause a slight contour change although this is possible with or without having had surgery.

The dental surgery should not have any negative impact on the grafted fat at this point.  You should definitely proceed with caring for your tooth.  Best of luck!
