Can I have a cocktail or two before my facelift?

I do not drink regularly, but will be out of town on a mini vacation for a few days prior to having a facelift one week after I return home. I will not be consuming any alcohol for one week prior to surgery, but would like to have a cocktail or two each day while on vacation. What is your recommendation?

I typically schedule a complimentary facial for my patients two weeks after their surgery. This gives them enough time to get over any immediate discomfort and allows the absorbeable sutures to dissolve.
