I am 4 months post Fue transplant. The frint line is looking amazing, but crown does not look like nothing is happening. I know is too early, but I have also been reading that crown may take longer to start growing

It is not normal to have swelling 18 days after surgery.  It is best to contact your doctor for a follow up.

There is nor ideal hair color for FUE unless a robot is harvesting your hair.  Robot cannot see white hair very well.

Based on your photos, it looks like you are in good shape.  The crusting is normal and will resolve over the next several days.  Continue to be gentile with the area and follow your surgeons recommendations.  Over the  next year you should enjoy a nice result.  Best Regards.

Bumping your head 3 months after surgery should not affect the results of your hair transplant surgery.

Minoxidil does not multiply existing hairs. Minoxidil may give you fine thin hair growth.  It is not a cure for genetic balding.
