Swelling 18 days after FUE hair transplant surgery. What can I do?

Hello Doctor, I did FUE hair transplant surgery 18 days ago. The forehead is seen swelled now. I called the doctor since I'm living overseas. He said that if the swelling happens, it should occur in 2-3 days. In my case it is after 18 days. What can I do?
