Botched upper eyelid surgery. Can anyone help? (Photo)

Question

surgery in 2014 wish I never had it. scar is def too high and it looks unnatural. When I close my eyes they look weird & stretched but also have an excess bit of skin near the inner eye below the brow. I cannot go anywhere without make up...even then it doesn't really cover it as well researched diff surgeons and they all say the same thing there is nothing they can do. any surgeon out there that thinks they can help? I don't expect the scars to go away but just perhaps a more natural shape.

I would ask Guy Massry, definitely the best best for revision cases.  I would think the excess skin can be removed carefully and the incision line softened with non-surgical modalities.

It would be difficult to give an accurate assessment based on photos. Your best course of action would be to schedule an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person examination and a detailed discussion of your surgical revision options.

Your upper blepharoplasry incisions can easily be improved under local anesthesia in about 20 minutes. Any excess skin can be removed and smoothed out and the incisions can usually be made less conspicuous and nicer looking. This can be done simply in our office operating room. Easy process. It can be difficult to get both incisions at the same level but improvement is possible and if the incisions heal better they will be almost impossible to see anyhow.

Hi and welcome to our forum!
From your photographs, The scar is minimized on stretch (eye closed), and maximized when lax (eye open), suggesting a slight amount of residual redundant skin, rather than thickened scar which would persist even when the lid is stretched. Scar revision may improve its appearance.
I don't know of a satisfactory procedure to lower the scar of blepharoplasty to a significant degree without adding additional scars.
However, photographs are 2 dimensional and do not present the entire picture. 
I recommend evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon.
