FUE : Is choi "pen" method is the better option when there is a lack of density to improve ?

dear Drs I am a 49 Yo man, and I'd like to have a FUE procedure for improving the lack of density in the top of my head , but want it to be the most secured and " preservative " possible for my existing hairs. Do you think that the " Choi" method is the best option to ccnsider in such case ? Thank you very much for your advises
