Hi, I would like to know if donating plasma a month after a hair transplant will affect my results. I want to donate once for the money but I’m nervous about it affecting the transplant. Will it, or am I ok to donate? Thank you.

It is best to follow up with your doctor for post surgery questions and concerns. Donating plasma should not be an issue in general.

There should be no contraindication to donating blood or blood components after HT. However,if you are on Finasteride than that precludes you from donating blood (in case that blood ends up being donated to a woman of child bearing age)

Hi, interesting question with a very simple answer.  You have absolutely nothing to worry about if you wish to donate blood one month after your transplant. Your transplant will not be affected in any way by you donating blood.
