I have a very defined nasal/alar crease. The crease where my nostril meets my cheek and the indent that curves up towards the tip of my nose is very prominent. From the front my nose just looks wide, with an ill-define tip. When I smile, those creases become extremely noticeable. I added a very bad photoshop of what I would ideally like my alar crease to look like. I also have a slightly overhanging alar. I am considering a tip-plasty as well to create a more defined tip.
