I don't like the width and for a lack of a better term "droopiness" and asymmetry of my nostrils, but I like the rest of my nose. I don't have an issue with the bulbous tip. I would love for my nostrils to be less visible from a front view. Would an alar base reduction actually change the way my nostrils look without it looking super unnatural, or weirdly constriced/stuffy? Or would I have to get a full rhinoplasty? Are there any other things I could do to change the nostril shape?
