Am I a candidate for alar base reduction that will create symmetry?

Hey. I want to know if I am a good candidate for alar base reduction, also if this can help for finding symmetry between 2 assymetrical nostrils (one is more exposed than the other) Also,what techniques or procedures are the best if u want to find a good proportion between nostrils and they are retracted.

Revision rhinoplasty requires exceptional skill on behalf of the surgeon and great communication with the patient about realistic goals and expectations.
Common cosmetic concerns include a dorsal hump, wide nose, sunken nose, irregularities, and asymmetries. Functional concerns include difficulty breathing through the nose, which can and should be addressed at the same time as your rhinoplasty.
In a revision rhinoplasty, cartilage from your septum may have been depleted and therefore often an alternative source of cartilage is needed, such as from the ear. This is just one of the important differences between primary and revision rhinoplasty that need to be discussed in detail before you decide to proceed with surgery. 
In your situation, additional photos would be necessary prior to giving you a final recommendation. At a minimum, alar rim grafts could help reduce the amount of nostril shown. 
Make sure to seek out the care of a board certified surgeon with extensive experience in revision rhinoplasty. Find someone you connect with, who will listen to your concerns and provide you with a framework for what is possible.

Thank you for this question. The answer is not very simple, though the techniques are! Your nostrils are asymmetric because of more flaring on the left side coupled with a slight degree of notching, also greater on the left. Plus, your left nostril inserts lower on your face. My thoughts would be to not do an alar base reduction, but a left alar wall reduction coupled with vestibular V to Y advancements to correct the notching.
