Alar base reduction incision open, am I too late to fix this at 7 days? Is it too late to stitch this together?

I had a rhinoplasty done 7 days ago including alar base reduction so I have two nostril incisions. After getting home and washing the dried blood away, I've noticed the incision on the right side at the base of the nostrils is open, a gap between the two peices of skin and no stitch or anything holding it together. I can see on the left side it looks perfectly stitched and held together, no gaps. I am now so so worried that It will heal like this and leave me with a disfigurement as it is very visible.

Yes, if your nostrils are not the same, only one side can be addressed to gain symmetry though sometimes they are thus because the septum is deviated.

The photo you included is an illustration, so keep in mind that it's easy to draw a result but more challenging to achieve it on a person. Most of the difference occurs close to the cheek, and not quite so much at the rest of the rim. People with a nose that looks like that in the illustration...
