4 weeks post op FUE, still have scabbing. Is this normal? When am I allowed to start smoking if at all is it allowed?

Hi I'm 4 weeks post fue I have scabs still is this normal my hairs shedding around 3-4% a day when do you reckon I should expect new hairs to come through as I still have scabs will those effect the hair coming through? Also I haven't smoked a cigarette in 5-6 weeks I am trying to quit but often inhaling passive smoke when is it ok to inhale smoke or to smoke a cigarette? Thank you
