5'10"54kilo, 40 yrs old.Unhappy with 270cc. Smaller look after 17yrs, but in last yr rippling increasingly palpable.Opted for anatomical mentor for less rounded look, insisting on smaller. Wanted low-profile,got moderate.Projection feels same;even bigger and rounded.Didn't discuss height, I feel they are higher. I know implants 'drop and fluff', but this seems to be less so for textured anatomical? First BA left me with about 25% sensation. Currently numb in upper breast area. Will this subside?

It is quite difficult to tear a suture from feeling nervous. That being said when revising the breast "pocket" usually multiple sutures are used and they can be anchored to the ribs, which may hurt quite a bit. If you have concern that you have "popped" a stitch please contact your surgeon...
From your photographs, your revision of the bottomed out implant looks wonderful to me. I would ask your plastic surgeon if they want you putting pressure towards the inside of the pocket with a push-up bra this early postoperatively. Congratulations on a nice result.
I always recommend calling your surgeon's office and get specific instructions from the. Each surgery and surgeon are different. In general I tell my patient after any type of breast surgery to avoid heavy lifting for about 6 weeks and only light exercise for the first 3 weeks after surgery. ...
