Textured silicone implant under muscle is poking out bottom of breast less than 2 months post surgery. What can be done? (Photo)

There are several possibilities to consider, such as capsular contracture, but likely the capsule was thin which would explain why the implants moved to the side when you lay down. Tightening the capsules and replacing the implants was certainly a good plan, but does not add coverage and support to the lower breast. If the capsule is thin then reinforcement would be needed, possibly with GalaFLEX mesh or Strattice. If not, the reshaping the pocket would work.

That may be an implant crease and can be followed to see if conservative measures improve it.Close follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended. 

I think your implants have bottomed out slightly.  You will require some revision probably to both sides.  I don't think it is a bad idea to with a few months but i doubt this will happen to the other side.  I would think about a releasing the superior capsule, tightening the lower capsule, and possible fold excisions.Best Wishes,Nana Mizuguchi, MD

What you have looks like a fold of the breast implant, which creates a cone of the implant shell, poking against the skin. The skin is probably pretty thin there, so correcting the problem likely would require placement of some type of material to reinforce the lower implant pocket so the implant can't push directly against the skin in a small spot.

It is likely that you need revision surgery to correct the problem that you are experiencing. Best of luck.

Thanks for your query and for the photos.Your left breast will need revision (I double anything will occur to your right breast).  I feel you may want to wait a few months longer before doing the revision to allow final postoperative adjustments to occur.Best of luck
