Textured silicone implant under muscle is poking out bottom of breast less than 2 months post surgery. What can be done? (Photo)

Mommy of boys
This was a revision surgery from smooth saline implants that were sliding over into my armpits when I would lay down. My doctor did the popcorn technique to fix & replaced them with the textured gummy bear implants. They're great now! Besides it sticking out bottom. Implants are under my muscle. My doctor recommended waiting few months to make sure it doesnt happen to other implant. He talked about scrapping scar tissue away so the implant will stick directly & prevent this from happening again
