I am 4 weeks post-op from breast and scar revision surgery, and I have permanent sutures both around the breast implants and the revised inframammary incisions. I was wondering how likely it would be to pull or tear sutures when the body is under extreme stress from feeling nervous, or even from coughing hard at early stages of recovery, and whether there are signs of torn sutures. Thanks
