Hi. I'm 21 years old, never been pregnant. I really think my breast are very ugly - I think the areola is too big, there is a big gap between them, they go on each side and they are saggy? Also my nipple can never get big and I have hair around areola. I feel like I have everything bad. I dont know what to do, I dont wanna ever be naked. Is it all in my mind or am I right? Please, be brutal. What can I do? I would rather do something that doesnt involve surgery. Thank you for your time and help!
Answer: Are my breasts really saggy and my areolas too big? Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided information as well.. The breasts may lose their elasticity and firmness which can be caused by different factors such as pregnancy, massive weight loss, lactation and aging. To reaffirm the breasts and restore the natural look your surgeon can perform a mastopexy or breast lift.A breast lift restores a firmer, perkier, and more aesthetically pleasing shape to sagging breasts. This not only can improve a patient’s appearance by restoring her youthful, feminine proportions, but also help bras and swimsuits fit more comfortably and attractively. By removing excess, stretched out skin, reshaping the breast tissue, and raising the nipple & areola into a more forward position, a cosmetic surgeon can create a more youthful breast contour. Stretched, large areolae can also be reduced during breast lift surgery, creating an overall better proportioned, natural looking breast, your surgeon will determine on a personal consultation how your scar’s going to be and where depending on your breast tissue amount, I suggest you to check testers with your surgeon about sizes and type of implant, I recommend you to not lift, pull or push for at least 30 days from surgery, Hugs!

CONTACT NOW Answer: Breast You have asymmetry but importantly you have enough of your own tissue to give a result using your own tissue. I do not know of any non invasive surgical techniques that would lift and reduce the skin. A lift / reduction will help but you need to decide whether to have this now or later and consider the scarring patterns. Make sure to consult with a PS with significant experience to advise you appropriately.

Answer: Are my breasts really saggy and my areolas too big? From your photo it appears that you are a candidate for an anchor lift/mastopexy with reduction on the larger side. This in my opinion will give you the best looking breasts.
