I am 5.7 and i weight 125 pounds. Iam 41 soon 42. I know I have saggy breast. I want to avoid as much scars as possible while having a breastlift. I don't want to go smaller but maybe fuller. I wear 36D cause i cant find my real size unless i go to specialty stores then iam a 32G. Is it possible to perform a vertical lift on me ? I don't like the anchor scar plus I heard and seen that it can flatten you. I live in Canada but iam willing to travel. Thank you for your time!
Answer: Can I get a lollipop scar breast lift? The last pictures are what I would like my breast to look like. From your photos- it appears that you would benefit from an anchor lift/mastopexy with implants utilizing the dual-plane placement to achieve the look you desire. In my opinion lollipop lift alone is not going to be the best option in this case.

Answer: A lollipop scar breast lift Thank you very much for your question and photographs. Quite frankly, I would recommend that you only have a breast augmentation at this time. From your pictures, and the picture that you show as your ‘wish boobs’, you will get 90% of what you are looking to achieve simply with an implant. You are considering rather large breasts, as seen in the picture of your ‘wish boobs’, and the volume you are looking at will fill and elevate your breasts significantly. You can always have a breast lift at a second stage, should you feel it is needed.

Answer: Breast lift You are a good candidate for a breast lift and a small implant. The lollipop lift is a good option in your case. The lollipop lift works best with an implant in order to obtain upper pole fullness.

Answer: Breast Augmentation and Mastopexy: Information Dear Ms. Novalee,Thank you for your question, information, story and photos. Nothing substitutes for a personal evaluation and a face to face discussion of your options.Based on your photos and not being abel to examine you or take measurements I believe you will need both a mastopexy (lift) and augmentation to attain a normal looking breast. If you just have a breast augmentation you may have the "snoopy dog" appearance:When/if breast mound is in the correct position on your chest the resultant effect is that the nipple areolar complex (NAC) auto rotates down (like a waterfall). Resulting in a odd shaped breast and the NAC pointing downward. You have several choices to consider. My responses:BREAST LIFT1) the reason the breast sags is that the "skin covering" is proportional larger than the breast tissue.2) the majority of your breast tissue is below where the breast mound should anatomically be located.3)if you refill the volume only(breast implant)... the nipple areolar complex (NAC) will rotate over the top of the implant like a "waterfall" resulting in a full breast mound but unfortunately a downward rotation and location of the NAC.4)the only method known to create a aesthestically acceptable breast will require trading incisions/scars on the breast for a pleasing contour and relocating the NAC.5)depending on your desires (shape and size) the scar may vary from:A) just around the nipple (doughnut)B) to a added vertical incision (lollipop)C) to include a horizontal incsion in the breast crease (anchor)6)while breast incisions/scars are required....there are ways to modulate/improve the appearance of the scarring process.BREAST AUGMENTATION 1)size: Bra manufactures unfortunately have not standardized their bras...therefore cup sizes (A,B,C, etc.) are rough measurements. Breast implants are filled by cc.'swhich is much more accurate. So purchase several full bodied non padded bras and place rice (1 oz. = 30 cc) in a nylon and try on with some form fitted clothing. 2)types of fillers:A) silicone gelB) normal saline (newest variation on this is the Ideal breast implant)3)shaped vs non shaped4)projection vs base width (high to low)5)placement of the implantA)under the the muscleB)above the the muscleC)combination: dual plane.I suggest you select several nude ideal/model photos of what you want your breasts to look like and make a appt. with experienced Plastic Surgeon (in your area) who performs both procedures together and who is Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (denoting by membership as having met additional criteria and a focus on Cosmetic Plastic Surgery). My best wishes,R. Answer: Can I get a lollipop scar breast lift? The last pictures are what I would like my breast to look like. Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided information as well.. The breasts may lose their elasticity and firmness which can be caused by different factors such as pregnancy, massive weight loss, lactation and aging. To reaffirm the breasts and restore the natural look your surgeon can perform a mastopexy or breast lift.A breast lift restores a firmer, perkier, and more aesthetically pleasing shape to sagging breasts. This not only can improve a patient’s appearance by restoring her youthful, feminine proportions, but also help bras and swimsuits fit more comfortably and attractively. By removing excess, stretched out skin, reshaping the breast tissue, and raising the nipple & areola into a more forward position, a cosmetic surgeon can create a more youthful breast contour. Stretched, large areolae can also be reduced during breast lift surgery, creating an overall better proportioned, natural looking breast, your surgeon will determine on a personal consultation how your scar’s going to be and where depending on your breast tissue amount, I suggest you to check testers with your surgeon about sizes and type of implant, I recommend you to not lift, pull or push for at least 30 days from surgery, Hugs!
