I am 5.7 and i weight 125 pounds. Iam 41 soon 42. I know I have saggy breast. I want to avoid as much scars as possible while having a breastlift. I don't want to go smaller but maybe fuller. I wear 36D cause i cant find my real size unless i go to specialty stores then iam a 32G. Is it possible to perform a vertical lift on me ? I don't like the anchor scar plus I heard and seen that it can flatten you. I live in Canada but iam willing to travel. Thank you for your time!
Answer: Can I get a lollipop scar breast lift? The last pictures are what I would like my breast to look like. From your photos- it appears that you would benefit from an anchor lift/mastopexy with implants utilizing the dual-plane placement to achieve the look you desire. In my opinion lollipop lift alone is not going to be the best option in this case.

Answer: A lollipop scar breast lift Thank you very much for your question and photographs. Quite frankly, I would recommend that you only have a breast augmentation at this time. From your pictures, and the picture that you show as your ‘wish boobs’, you will get 90% of what you are looking to achieve simply with an implant. You are considering rather large breasts, as seen in the picture of your ‘wish boobs’, and the volume you are looking at will fill and elevate your breasts significantly. You can always have a breast lift at a second stage, should you feel it is needed.

Answer: Breast lift You are a good candidate for a breast lift and a small implant. The lollipop lift is a good option in your case. The lollipop lift works best with an implant in order to obtain upper pole fullness.

Answer: Can I get a lollipop scar breast lift? The last pictures are what I would like my breast to look like. Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided information as well.. The breasts may lose their elasticity and firmness which can be caused by different factors such as pregnancy, massive weight loss, lactation and aging. To reaffirm the breasts and restore the natural look your surgeon can perform a mastopexy or breast lift.A breast lift restores a firmer, perkier, and more aesthetically pleasing shape to sagging breasts. This not only can improve a patient’s appearance by restoring her youthful, feminine proportions, but also help bras and swimsuits fit more comfortably and attractively. By removing excess, stretched out skin, reshaping the breast tissue, and raising the nipple & areola into a more forward position, a cosmetic surgeon can create a more youthful breast contour. Stretched, large areolae can also be reduced during breast lift surgery, creating an overall better proportioned, natural looking breast, your surgeon will determine on a personal consultation how your scar’s going to be and where depending on your breast tissue amount, I suggest you to check testers with your surgeon about sizes and type of implant, I recommend you to not lift, pull or push for at least 30 days from surgery, Hugs!

Answer: Breast lift Thank you for your question and photos. I recommend that you consider a full (anchor) breast lift to achieve your desired result. I have found that this technique gives far superior results compared to others and almost exclusively perform it alone at my practice. You may benefit from a small implant as well. However, none of this can be confirmed without an in-person evaluation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL
